Instrument Service/Repair Shop:
The many programs of NEMC are all backed by a
knowledgeable sales force and an extensive Brass,
Woodwind and Stringed Instrument Service Facility.
NEMC's Woodwind and Brass Facilities focus on the final
inspection and regulation of new factory instruments as
needed. Stringed instruments shipped from NEMC's
Mountainside, New Jersey warehouse are sent through the
stringed Instrument facility for inspection and set up to
Music Educators National Conference Standards. Together,
the three shop facilities service tens of thousands of
instruments annually.
Instruments returned from rental customers are
refurbished, polished and cleaned so that every
instrument offered in the rental program is in Like-New
condition only. Nothing less is accepted. When service of
a rental return instrument is completed, the NEMC service
technicians entrusted with final Quality Inspection
responsibilities are proud to sign their initials with
confidence.
With its resources and technical experience of more than
40 full time repair technicians, NEMC is able to provide
expert warranty service promptly and efficiently. NEMC
features its trademark 3-7-10 year warranty, the longest
in the industry.
